SUPERJUJU IS BACCCCKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!
... From one of the most awesome flight ever - All thanks to the crazy set of crew! ;)
Actually we concluded that everything was meant to be hahaha because I was supposed to be flying to Moscow & Houston for 9 days. Trust me, I was really, desperately trying to give away the flight so much because personally I felt that the flight duration is too long, and the trip is very, veryyyy draggggggggggggy. I was so depressed when nobody wanted to change the flight with me despite me sending emails to change to NYC and LAX.
6 - Red Tea, Straight. I LOVE TEA. I used to buy bottles of this red tea home from Japan (Lugged until I die) But nowadays Pokka has this red tea too, so I thought it'd be quite stupid if I still buy dozens back right? Haha but this Japanese brand's red tea taste a little less sweet than Pokka's. But if you don't like red tea, they do have a variety of different tea available. Red Green Lemon Milk all to your preferences!
7 - Lipton Matcha Milk Tea. EH personally I don't really like this. Too milky for me. So I wouldn't recommend this to those who dislike milk!
8 - Green Pea snacks. For my papalim too. Hahahahahaa. He is a junkie for sure. Anyway, this come in two flavors - Normal and Black Pepper. If you like to snack on chips and junk food, try the green pea snacks. It's very addictive, once start cannot stop!
9 - Fruit gummies. THIS.IS.SO.DAMN.GOOD. It was recommended to me by Eugene and now I regretted buying only 1 packet!!!!!!! It's not easy to find, because they don't sell it in convenient stores :(
When I open up the pack, I felt an instant rush of happiness because...
This is how it looks like inside (Udon, Japanese fishcake & sweet beancurd)
Looks simple but tastes heavenly. However like other Japanese cup noodles, their soup base is sweet. So if you want, you could add in chill flakes too ;)
x
Whatever mentioned above are all from the supermarket. So you might or might not be able to get 'em from the convenient stores. Ask your hotel concierge where's the nearest supermarket and gogogo supermarketing - Even if it's far away, just go. Trust me you'll never regret :) And the rule is, just buy whatever you think looks good because food in Japan can never go wrong.
In the convenient stores you can buy their bento, salad or onigiri (Riceballs, but they are in triangle!) I love their Salmon onigiris :) One thing about Tokyo is you'll never go hungry as long as you got the money. There are convenient stores everywhere and they sell very convenient to-go hot & cold food and beverages that fills your tummy! Guarantee you'll be spoilt for choice. Hahaha.
Aiyaaaaaa, I miss that place already :(

OKAY and so, we stayed in Narita for a night and flew over to Los Angeles (LAX) the next evening!
Arrived in the afternoon and went out for lunch at Souplantation. This restaurant has a very interesting concept; It's like a buffet style salad/soup/pasta/dessert restaurant - You can take all you want it'll only cost you around 11usd! Healthy and affordable ;)
After eating, some of us went to the mall nearby our hotel, did some shopping then went back to the hotel and crassssshed till the next morning!
x
Five of us got up early, collected our car and off we go to Six Flags Magic Mountain!!!!!!
You don't know how excited we were man. Hehehehehehehehe.
FINALLY I MADE IT THERE OMG SO HAPPY.
Had a light breakfast at Denny's.
Go America MUST eat American breakfast!
I chose a different style of breakfast that morning :)
And the three very excited and brave girls at the backseat ;)
After roughly an hour's drive, we finally reached!
But the crowd was crazzzzzy on a weekday :(
The first photo we took together with Bugs bunny and Daffy duck :) I love taking photos with cartoon characters! Haiiiiii sucha pity my last trip to Disney Sea I only manage to snap a photo with Goofy :(
But there was an exception! Hehehe.
We went to take the Superman roller coaster (the photos below), managed to sneak into the express queue so it only took us 5 minutes!!!!!!! AND THAT WAS THE BEST RIDE FOR THE DAY.
This ride don't give warning. All they asked was "Are you ready?"
The next thing you know you were blasted at 100mph BACKWARDS, up high at 415 feet in the air, hanged there for a few seconds and zoomed back down.
S H I O K !
Hahahaha the guys were too timid to take the ride :P So three of us screamed our heads off!
Next we went to meet the guys, and took this lame ride -.-
It only spins you round and round and round and round at a very high speed then make you wanna puke. SERIOUSLY wasted our time, and what we get from this ride was not thrill, it was mega dizziness and nauseousness. Hahahahahaha. SO DON'T TRY.
Then we took a stroll around the park... AND SEE WHAT I SAW!!!
MY MINIONS AND UNICORNS!!!!!!!!!! Instantly went crazy, hahaha.
But the game was a cheater game, can never win one lor. So I didn't even try thought I really really want the fluffy unicorn in my bed :( Oh well.
We summed up that evening with the Green Lantern standing roller coaster.
Didn't have my camera with me so couldn't snap any pictures. It was my first time taking a stand-up roller coaster ride. Quite cool la but err, your pelvis area hurts like * Hahahhahahahaha.
x
Overall, it was a good trip!!! :D
As much as I wish to go back there again, guess it's not gonna happen :( Or maybe yearrrrrrrs later hopefully?
x
After Sixflags...
Drove over to Hollywood for dinner!
Pretty Japanese stewardess, Mariko!
I found my first love in Hollywood *Insert shy face*
TAHDAH!!!!
x
Last photo of the day,
Remember my HKG-SFO flight that I did with my primary schoolmate, Val?
Now it's NRT-LAX with my polymate, Chrissy! :)
So glad to have changed over to the flight!
I wanna fly with as many friends as possible before I leave... (Yes, don't be shocked. I AM LEAVING.)
So, COFCOFCOFCOFCOF! :D
x
Okay I shall stop here for now. Part II about Tokyo in the next post! :)
Stay tune for our trip to Kamakura temple & Clubbing in Shibuya + loads of mouthwatering food!
And here's a sneak preview for you guys...
AND THEN ONE FINE EVENING (I think it was only 3 days before the flight) - A girl approached me and offered me her Frankfurt-NewYork. I SWEAR I WAS OVER THE MOON.... FOR AWHILE. LOL. Because as soon as she offered me her flight, she realized she had problem with her passport & the COF needed to be refused. AND I was brought back to hell again. That feeling sucks. Hahahahahhaa. But but, good things come to those who... Wait. Right? :P Hahahaha suddenly that late evening, one of the crew which I've sent email to for my batch girl's Tokyo-Lax (SQ12) set texted me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WA TRUST ME I NEARLY JUMPED OUT OF MY SEAT. I WAS OVER THE SUN AND MOON ALMOST COULDN'T FIND MYSELF AMONG THE CLOUUDDDSSSS. HAHAHAHAHAHA HAPPIEST GIRL ON EARTH^^
Then you know what?
My poly classmate, Christina was also on the flight. Her boyfriend manage to change over last minute too.... AND HER BATCHBOY GOT CALLED UP TO OUR FLIGHT LAST MINUTE.
Shermaine from two batches before me was also on the flight.
Eugene from a few batches after us was also on the flight.
He and Sophia was already so close to giving away the flight, but ha.ha.ha nobody wanted to cof with them so they LL have to do the flight! HEHE.
See? Everyone of us was fated to meet la^^
X
OH WELL. AND.SO.YES.
My batchgirl Sophia & I did another SQ12 together again!!!
These two pictures were taken last November when 4 of us batchmates did the same flight together; And yes we were up in the hot air balloon! Amazing experience :)
x
Flying is always fun with friends onboard :) Sophia and I slept together, woke up together, eat together, nua together, sing song together, stripped together (HAHAHA), danced together, complained together, worked together and went crazy together for the 8 days.
Touched down in Narita in the evening, changed & went to AEON mall with the rest of the crew. Decided to have (again) the TonKatsu (Pork cutlet) for dinner! :D
They have a wide variety of pork cutlet selections. The whole menu looks the same because the pictures look similar and it's all in Japanese HAHA but yeah somehow there are different grades of pork la. Now show y'all what I've ordered...
The sizzling hot pan pork cutlet with EGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!
*SSSSSLLLLUUURRRRPPPPSSSS*
By far the best TonKatsu I've ever had :)
x
Then after dinner - As usual we'll go supermarketing! Hehe.
SUPERMARKETING IS A MUST DO IN JAPAN.
Everything there is tempting, everything there looks damn good. I could stay inside forever or if I could I would wanna buy back the whole supermarket Hahahahaha.
Didn't buy a lot because I did the same flight 2 weeks before this trip.
Now lemme tell you what's the few must-trys!
To make it easier I've numbered them in the picture below^^
1 - Bread/Sandwich. Comes in 2 in a pack :) They have a wide selection of different fillings but I think the peanut butter one's the best. It's easy to get anywhere in the convenient stores but the peanut butter ones are always sold out. So make sure you grab 'em before they're gone!
2 - Deep-roasted sesame dressing. Have you ever tried Japanese salad before? Most of the time they don't use Thousand Island dressing nor Balsamic Vinaigrette. Instead, they have this super yummy sesame dressing! There are many brands around but only the supermarket sells the one you see in the picture. Remember to get the DEEP ROASTED one!!!
3 - Bitte matcha chocolate biscuit. It's my first time trying this too! If you like Tim-Tam, you'll probably like this matcha version ;)
4 - Matcha Collon. YEEESSSSSS This one is a must-buy! You can't find it anywhere else except in Japan. I don't eat Collon except the matcha ones because I find the chocolate and strawberry flavors too artificial. And I even lugged two huge boxes back from the airport!
They come in 18 small packets, very handy ;) And the portion's just right for an itching mouth Hahahaha.
5 - Superpowerful mints. That's for my papalim. He always complain the mints sold in SG are not powerful enough for his liking. Finally I found him this from Japan... WA I TELL YOU, I EAT ALREADY MY NOSE MOUTH EARS ALL GOT STEAM COMING OUT HAHA. DAMN COOLING. So if you like super cooling mints, try this!

When I open up the pack, I felt an instant rush of happiness because...
IT'S SO COLORFUL!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAA.
Whats more? Look at the inside of each gummy,
There are mini "balls" of soda bits and fruity fillings!
So cute right? And it's very very addictive. So make sure you at least buy 2 packets okay! Now I have to look around anyone doing Japan flights to buy for me tsk :(
10 - Udon cupnoodles. IF YOU ARE A CUPNOODLE FREAK, YOU MUST BUY THIS.
M U S T. Hahahahahaha. I always buy at least half a dozen back. It's so good nehxzxz.
This is how it looks like inside (Udon, Japanese fishcake & sweet beancurd)

It was soooooooooooo damn yummy.
All my favorite food diced and mixed in a hot pan served with EEEEGGGGGG.
WHAT'S BREAKFAST WITHOUT EGGS? ;)
x
After filling our tummies, we set off to Sixflags!!!
Our two mighty drivers^^
And the three very excited and brave girls at the backseat ;)
After roughly an hour's drive, we finally reached!
But the crowd was crazzzzzy on a weekday :(
Look at the amount of people at the entrance!
The first photo we took together with Bugs bunny and Daffy duck :) I love taking photos with cartoon characters! Haiiiiii sucha pity my last trip to Disney Sea I only manage to snap a photo with Goofy :(
We only had 8 hours there and the park was too crowded.
Every ride took us at least an hour to queue :(
In the end we only manage to take around 6 rides. Really is queue until we die. Queue until we were all tired and hungry :/ And what's disappointing was the roller coaster that we were dying to take that trip WAS CLOSE. :( HAI WHAT LUCKKKK.
SEE. This is the avg number of people queueing per ride. #FACEPALM
But there was an exception! Hehehe.
We went to take the Superman roller coaster (the photos below), managed to sneak into the express queue so it only took us 5 minutes!!!!!!! AND THAT WAS THE BEST RIDE FOR THE DAY.

Pretty Japanese stewardess, Mariko!
I found my first love in Hollywood *Insert shy face*
TAHDAH!!!!
Omg he's so charming here no? Hahahahahahahaha.
Just in case you don't know, I was a mega big fan of Mickey when I was in secondary school all the way till poly days!
My room's themed black and red because of him too and I have plenty of Mickeyish stuff. Hehehe what a fangirl I am ^^
Settled for dinner at a Mexican joint along Hollywood. I love Mexican food because they always serve damn good and spicy chili! :D
